Most of you know The Dr. J Show. Fewer of you know Meridian Strategic Systems.
Meridian is the independent media company behind the show and this newsletter. Right now, it is small: me, the work you already see, and the systems I've built to publish it. The show has more than 30,000 YouTube subscribers, and the work is about technology, labor, money, and power, especially what those systems mean for the people doing the work.
I want Meridian to become a home for more than my own work. That means finding people who have something worth saying and can make the thing, not just pitch it. It also means admitting the obvious: I cannot do all of it myself.
So I am looking for two people.
Host and producer
Make your own show about technology, work, money, or power. You bring the premise, research it, get on camera, and deliver a finished episode.
Newsletter writer
Turn reporting on technology and work into a newsletter with a clear argument and strong sources.
Both opportunities are remote and open to U.S. citizens.
I do not need you to sound like me. I need you to have a point of view, support it with real work, and finish what you start.
